Makerspace is Free to Create

The Makerspace is always free to use the supplies and create you will find a variety of mediums and surfaces to work on rocks, paper, gourds, eggs and sticks.

You can create your own designs or color preprinted designs.

Makerspace is open when the gallery is open. not all supplest are out so just ask and we will set you We also have sculpey clay.

Alcohol Ink Saturation

Barbara will guide you through options on creating a color drenched background and then selecting an an analogous color (a color on the color wheel next to the background color) to create your design. You will create your own design.

We will be adding an additional tools to work with the inks.

Joomchi is wet felting mulberry paper into a fabric like material that can be used in many art forms or simply make a card with it or hang it as.

We will meet each month a learn a different technique and be inspired by each others creativity.

Linda Cohen will facilitate our sessions on the 1st Thursday of the month from 1:30-3:30

CALL for Garden ART

Artwork can be matted or presented freeform in the shape of the piece you are painting or creating 3 dimensionally. A butterfly can be painted on 2 sides so wings can be shaped to appear flying. We encourage you to think outside the box.

This art will accompany the Co-Author story event.

A story being written by multiple authors called

“It Happened in the Garden”

You will create one element in the story a butterfly, a bird, flower etc.

Artwork deadline June 25, 2026

The show will be presented July 6, 2026
